Utilizing Client Data as Benchmark for YOY

After the first survey has been administered, all subsequent surveys should include the client's previous data as the benchmark, rather than "external" benchmark data. This way, the client can see how they are progressing (or not) against the previous feedback survey.

This would be hugely helpful! Good to know the external benchmark AND our past result so we can easily see how we've improved (or vice versa.) Thank you!

I'd like to see both the external benchmark and the past results. I create my own slides in the Executive Debrief for this, see attached.
